I recently went there for a friend's 30th birthday party, which was held in the back outdoor garden area. There had to have been about 40+ people in attendance, but the space was a great size for everyone. With that many people it wasn't extremely spacious, but there was enough room to walk around, and make a station for gifts and to play music. The coziness also made for some good mingling. Two long tables were arranged that fit about 20 ppl each, then some smaller tables were set up for everyone else. They had a white canopy covering the entire space, which was nice to shield to sun, but because of the weather it held the heat inside and made it a little warmer.
Upon arrival, guests were greeted with (not particluarly strong) mismosas, but refreshing nonetheless. And the staff was pretty good about keeping everyone's glasses filled throughout the course of the party. They supplied a fixed menu of some good classic choices, like a generously-portioned hamburger and fries, as well as pancakes and sausage. I order the spinach salad with goat cheese, which was delicious. I think the portion of the salad could've been larger, but it was still great. The cheese was served warmed as 2 large pieces and were covered with nuts.
I can't speak for the drinks/food/service regarding the main restaurant, but this was a good choice for a large get together and I thought the food was up to par.
