I stayed here for a night with the main intention of shopping at the Woodbury Commons Outlets. It was a short 15mins drive from the outlets

At checkin, everything was handled professionally and swiftly. I was given only one welcome drink as a priority club member even though I checked in with my partner.
Bell boy helped to bring out luggages to our room and he was vey polite and chatty. We liked it.

At first impression, room was modernly decorated. It felt fresh and classy at the same time. This hotel as a whole has a good atmosphere.
Bed was very comfortable (king size)....bathroom size decent, no bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, both wash, shower cap provided.
I called housekeeping for toothbrushes and bedroom slippers and they brought them to me within 3 mins.

Requested for late checkout as a priority club member but was only granted til 1pm.

Large flat screen TV in room and free wifi. Gym and self service laundry are all 24 hours! Loved it! Free self parking.

We had a drink at the bar....service was mediocre. There was also a pool table where we had a few rounds of game.

All in all, happy with this stay and would surely return the next time I plan to shop at the woodbury commons.

Great public rooms, light bright and comfortable. Clean and comfortable rooms - loved the beds which were on the soft side- really dislike hard beds. Also like the shower with no shower curtain. Bar in a great location, love their Caesar salads - big enough for two.
Were there for about 8 days and had a couple of issues which were handled very professionally and quickly by the staff. Michael, the bellman always seemed to be around when we needed help with something and such a pleasure to work with -
Susan Hoffman in the restaurant gave us lots of great info re: the area and was always a pleasure to see and always remembered our names-
Patty Steinmetz , mgr of the bar and restaurant was so helpful and took good care of our needs-
Jill Revell - at the front desk - was a great help with getting us a great room and all the gals at the front desk were all very friendly and a great help with all printing needs-
Ike - the front desk Mgr - made sure we were always taken care of as well.
and last but not least Kevin Wooten, the general manager, runs a great hotel. We look forward to going back. If the hotel had one downfall, it would be the size of the sink in the bathroom. Small for two people.

Room Tip: We preferred the rooms that face the parking lot rather than the atrium - rooms -- in the 160 range...

The rooms at Crowne Plaza are immaculate and the decor is modern and inviting. I rarely get to stay at hotels during my business travels that are as beautifully decorated. There was a large, comfortable king-sized bed, and a huge flat-screen TV that I could adjust to watch while I was in bed, at the desk, or on the chaise lounge. The lobby area was gorgeous and modern, and while I did not visit the restaurant or the lounge, the menu that I got in my room had some tasty-sounding offerings. Also, the hotel is not too far off the interstate, but in a very quiet area The only drawback to the hotel is that during my stay, a large convention of older gentlemen were staying there, and they liked to stay up late and sing and laugh in the common area, and the noise was a bit distracting, since my room faced inside the hotel. You will also have to pay extra if you want a mini fridge in your room, which I opted not to take.

Clean and comfortable rooms, but with some important downsides. Atrium-style hotel means noise and privacy problems. The night we stayed, the hotel was jammed with government workers, who took over the atrium and public areas-- working late into the night and starting at about 7am the next morning (a holiday morning, to boot). LOTS of noise. The AC system seemed overwhelmed by all this: the public areas were HOT, and our room took about 7 hours to cool down. All understandable, but unexpected. Memories will be of a nice room in a hot, loud, overpriced hotel.

Room Tip: 1st floor executive suites have huge windows and open directly into the pubic atrium. weird and unac...

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza and were very happy with the friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel and room. It was recently redone and had a great modern feel to it. The staff was very accommodating as well, we arrived early and they let us in to our room early. On the end of the trip, we asked for a late check out and it was not a problem, and they did not hesitate to help us out. The only two cons I felt were the beds are soft and I prefer a hard mattress, not their fault, just my preference and the bathroom had a lower end one-ply "tp".

Almost all of our out of town wedding guests (over 100) stayed at the Crowne Plaza for the weekend of our son's wedding. We also stayed there and were allowed to have a reception with platters brought in by us on one of the nights. The staff could not have been warmer, more eager to please, and constantly helpful in making all of us feel comfortable. Naji Saliba, director of sales, couldn't do enough for us. The rooms and suites were extremely comfortable, and the lobby area is fabulous. The bridal party loved hanging out at the bar which is situated in an lovely open space off the lobby. Even though the wedding was in Central Valley, about 25 minutes away, we were very glad that we decided to use the Crowne Plaza, rather than a couple of places closer to the wedding venue as headquarters for us and our guests. We never would have gotten such fabulous service at a different hotel. J.T. Newton, MA
