Easily accessable by bus from the SI Ferry terminal, Snug Harbour is a collection of changing displays, together with Chinese Scholar Garden and other attractions.

There is no entry fee as such to Snug Harbour and on Tuesday mornings the usual entry fee of $5 to the Chinese Garden is waived. The garden is the main attraction and well worth spending a hour or so wandering round and relaxing - time away from mental manhatten!!

The only cafe open was at the Childrens museum, so a bit noisy and chaotic, so we decided to have a late lunch at RH Tugs - a 5 minute walk down the road - worth doing!!

Well worth taking time out to chill, if spending a few days in the NY area.
