Perfect location. I loved the room. It's well fitted out.

Breakfast was perfect

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It had been tastefully renovated without losing its charm

If I am ever in Sodus Point again I will definitely stay here again

Comfortable room, convenient location, delicious breakfast, and great garden. Hosts went out of their way to provide good service. Be sure to relax in their garden. Hanging out along Lake Ontario was fun for us. We enjoyed our stay.

Although we only live 2 hours away from Sodus point, we had never been there. It was well worth the trip...and our 3 night stay at Silver Waters was a huge part of that. Our room was charming and extremely clean and comfortable. The innkeepers are so friendly and accomodating and breakfast is delicious. As others have mentioned, the gardens are gorgeous-make sure to enjoy some refreshments on the patio! We saw some other B & Bs while we were in town and are soooo glad we chose Silver Waters. The close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and pier made it so easy and convenient. We will be back.

Sorry that I am thanking you for your stay with us so late in the season, but we have been so busy! We know how much fun the two of you both had with us at our B&B and doing fun things in town and our area. Thanks for your kind words in your review and we hope to see you soon. Maybe some day we can come to Buffalo and you can give us the ''nickle'' tour. Ha, I just got a chuckle.... Buffalo Nickle. lol Anyway, enjoy the rest of the year and the beautiful foilage too.

This is the best B & B.....Mike, Joe and Anna are wonderful hosts and hostess. The rooms are wonderfully comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, gardens beautiful, and the art (done by Mike) is stunning. I recommend staying here and enjoying yourself.

I was traveling with my 18 year old grandaughter to Niagra Falls. We decided to go and see what Lake Onterio looked like. Then decides to stay the night in this wonderful treasure we found called Sodus Point. Looking around the town we came upon Silver Waters. The house was a warm home welcoming strangers. Out accomadations surpassed any 4 star hotel. The Inn Keepers treates us like wanted family, who came for a visit!
Thanks Mike & Joe we hope to return.

My husband stayed at Silver Waters on a hunting trip in the fall , and was so impressed by not only the location, but especially the the warm friendly owners, Mike,Joe and "MOM" Anna, he couldn't wait to show me. Silver Waters did NOT dissapoint. Comfortable, cozy and clean .A true "home away from home " ,plus a wonderful breakfast .When you go, make sure you visit their beautiful back yard graden , and check out Mikes' art. You might even be lucky enough to purchase an original work. Will return !

Jim and I came 'back home' to Silver Waters! I had grown up in Sodus Point and my husband in Sodus. We had been away from the area for years so we were so looking forward to spending a few days in old surroundings. Silver Waters is the place to stay! You feel right at home from the time Joe and Mike greet you at the door, to morning breatkfast, and daily talks as you come and go. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very private. If you are looking for a place to call home away from home.....stay at Silver Waters. You will not be dissapointed....we highly recommend! Linda and Jim Contant, Lake Milton, OH
