Food is consistently excellent, as is the personalized attentive service. Sals staff definitely treats guests like family. The owner, Sal, makes it a point to personally say hello and ensure your experience is top notch. Calamari w/ Cherry Peppers is an OUTSTANDING appetizer. Pork chops, and chicken liver marsala, and the filet mignon special left everyone at out table completely satisfied. An after dinner aperitif at the beautiful bar and some good conversation with the owner wrapped up a wonderful dining experience. Anyone in the Commack-Hauppauge-Smithtown area should give it a try.
