“Too bad the place went under”

It was a very nice neighborhood Parana styled restaurant. They did a lot of community things... open mike night. The older kids loved it. Plenty of comfortable seating and all of the specialty drinks like Starbucks. Right next to the Smithtown train station so very convenient for commuters. Great place for a business lunch with roomy tables and cozy seating areas too. Large selection menu of sandwiches, soups and salads. I am sorry that it closed.

“All That And A Bag of Chips”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 14, 2012

This is a great coffee/breakfast shop, but I eat here regularly for lunch. The panini selection is the best, but all the sandwiches are great. My wife eats healthier, so she goes for a salad (there are about five varieties) and sometimes adds a cup of soup. The best is the black bean, but I prefer their jambalya.
The concept here is simple: you order and pay at the cashier and get your soda cup (self service) and a buzzer that activates when your food is ready (usually about 5-10 minutes depending on how large your order is). Tables are many and the restaurant has wi-fi available in a friendly atmosphere. They even have a private room used for parties or business meetings.
If you want a burger, go elsewhere, but you will enjoy just about everything on the menu. BTW, the sandwiches all come with a bag of North Fork potato chips made right here on Long island.
