Rosalie's kitchen is in the capable hands of culinary trained chefs, led by Executive Chef/Managing Partner Marc Albino. We wish to express our gratitude to everyone whose support has contributed to Rosalie's success. We will continue to do our best to keep Rosalie's Cucina as she would have it, full of hearty food, great wine and most importantly--smiling faces.

We were 7 diners on a Sun. evening. Regular bartender was not there, and the gentleman who was acted like he was doing us a favor by serving us. Hostess seemed rattled by the busyness and somewhat inefficient. Table servers, Kevin and assistant, were WONDERFUL and obviously there to please. I've been there in the past and still would return. Food is very good.

Rosalie s is by far my favorite restaurant. While there are alot of fine upscale restaurants in the fingerlakes area, this is the best. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and service is excellent. Great selection. Just like walking into a Tuscan villa!!! The singing host is a nice touch. Look for Hillary, Bill, and Chelsea's signatures on the wall!!!

Went for 5th wedding anny, sat at bar.. Had shrimp app which was really good. I had the veal piccata which was excellent. Wife had the rigatoni della cucina.. THE BEST EVER!!!! Literally just "like grandma" used to make.. Not the sauce out of a can/jar, but tomatoes, meats, spices that had been cooking all day. Couldn't get enough, had the leftovers for breakfast next day. Well worth it, will definitely go back next time for same thing. Miss it already..

Excellent food. Couldn't stop eating although it was much too much. Real Italian food. Service could have been better, more attentive and not mixing up dishes all the time.

My wife an I walked over to Rosalie's Cucina from the Mirabeau Inn & Spa.We went to check it out first and see if you needed reservations. The hostess suggested we get on the list and come back at our preseleted time.Being a Friday night ,we added our name to the list for 7pm and arrived shortly before that.We were promptly seated by our friendly hostess.A nice table for two not to far from the bar and not crowded by other tables. We were greeted in a hurry and placed our drink order.Warm homemade bread and olive oil with several appointments(grated cheese, hot pepper seeds, and italian seasonings)to be added as needed. Our waiter had an assistant as well and attentive water servers too.Service and the salad, main courses, and dessert were fantastic. The restaurant was dim ,comfortable, and welcoming. Our only complaint was probably the musician (minstrel I guess)and the overall noise. The noise level died down later and the musician was done too.Or perhaps we were getting used to the noise.Anyhow....we would definitely return in we visit the area again. The prices may seem high but, actually not for a restaurant of this caliber.
