“Exceptional once again....”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 21, 2008

Once again (4th visit now) I had a chance to spend 3 wonderful nights at the Skaneateles Boutique Hotel literally just around the corner from the main drag in beautiful Skaneateles, New York. Once again I enjoyed the consistenly top notch customer service- they treat everyone like a well loved family member - the large, new, CLEAN room and baths, the honor kitchen with the (free!!) washer dryer, too.

Location, Location, Location not to be missed. Within one block you will find the main drag, 2 drugstores, one large food store, a GREAT coffee house and bookstore, a local Artisans store, a small butchers shop that offers wonderful fresh sandwiches and more.

What a delight!! Not to be missed.

We spent a lovely evening here. It was our second wedding anniversary. The proprietors Toni & Curt were very nice and so accomodating. The place was so cute. The accomodations were so pleasant and quite a few unexpected surprises. We did have a room with a Jacuzzi and it was lovely. We were in walking distance from the cute village and eateries. It was recommended to us to eat at Rosalie's. What a lovely and excellent restaurant. It was a rainy evening so we did drive but it would be a nice walk on a pleasant day. For the price we paid $106 for the hotel you could not go wrong. Highly recommended. Don't pass this one by if you are anywhere in the area.

I found myself in the Finger lakes region of NY State on a business trip and stayed at this great little hotel. It is a renovated house and the owners took great care in updating the rooms. The hotel was only a couple of blocks away from great dining and the lake itself. If I travel to this area NY State again I will certainly stay at this place again. I would even like to take my wife there for a long weekend.

Perfect location, spacious clean pretty room. This place is run by
great innkeepers. Everything about it exceeded our expectations.
My wife is in a wheelchair and we could roll easily...a block or so...to
all shops, restaurants and the lake. We were in the Boutique Hotel downtown, room 103...huge bath room and roll-in shower...lots of
room around bed, desk, TV cabinet. Greeted by an extremely
helpful note from the management complete with cellphone number
for any questions at all re: room, village etc. We travel a lot, in lots of
countries, and this was an A+ experience.

My husband and I's experience at your Hotel was FANTASTIC!!! It truly was one of the most comfortable and warm atmosphere's that I have ever stayed. I travel frequently for Business and I am used to the whole "Entourage" treatment at prestigious Hotels across the Nation which tends to be a bit overwhelming at times. Sometimes you just want to get there, have a room waiting, check in and relax until the next big business meeting. We arrived at your hotel, the key was waiting with our name, we walked up to our room and made ourselves at home immediately. No waiting in lines, carting luggage 10 flights up and down a mile worth of halls, finding suitable parking and then still having to take a limousine service just to get to town to do anything, meaning, yet another wait for a car, another fare to pay etc. I think you get my point.

Our room was beautiful. The jacuzzi room was fabulous. We were within walking distance to everything as well. Your place is very convenient and I have already recommended it to people we know who are looking to come to your quaint little town to get away. The honor kitchen is one of the best ideas that I have ever seen.

A lovely old home renovated into a Boutique Hotel, it's perfect.
It has a lovely wrap around porch with wicker chairs where you can sit and relax in the early evening with a glass of wine. We just parked our car in their lot and left it there. Since the Hotel is located in the heart of town we could just walk anywhere and everywhere. It really is a beautiful town right at the head of Lake Skaneateles. We go there every year because my husbands family is from the area and we will surely stay at this hotel again.

The Skaneateles Boutique Hotel is a beautifully renovated, friendly, clean and convenient place to stay.

We registered on the web and received a "last minute" discount. The hotel is located a short block from the main intersection in town.

The comfortable seating on the front porch provided a perfect spot to sip a glass of wine and watch the world go by.

Along with the "in room" jacuzzi, came candles and snacks provided, gratis. The towels were soft, the bedding comfortable.

You are within steps of all the shops and restaurants. The local artisians shop directly across the street from the hotel is not to be missed.

I highly recommend a stay at the Skaneateles Boutique Hotel.
