My family and I love going here. Even on busy evenings they always get you seated within 20 minutes or so. (We are typically a party of anywhere from 6 - 10 when we go. The wait is usually less if there are just two of us). The staff is wonderful, the food is great and its not that expensive. Everyone can get what they want - breakfast, fish-n-chips, their italian dishes are all favorites. Their fish is really good!! We go their after seeing performances at Proctors, as well as after big family events or just to get together on a Friday. We really enjoy it here. They are also good about keeping up their decor. They have redone their chairs, booths, flooring, entrance way or something every summer. Keeping the place looking clean and neat.

I love the Blue Ribbon. The huge color menu full of so many options really speaks volumes about how these owners try to accomidate everyone.

The staff are very friendly and operate like they are a big family. It is nice to see the same faces working there time and time again.

Price is more than fair for the quality and amount of food you get.

The best part is the huge dessert station, so much to choose from.

I read previous reviews and salty food seems accurate. To me it is a diner with a restaurant look. The menu is vast. The desserts are in cases taunting you when you walk in (very smart idea). This place was recommended as it is not far from the NYS Thruway. The restaurant was packed when we arrived. Though we had to wait in line we were seated within 10 minutes. Our waitress was very professional and thorough. Not sappy sweet like we see at some diners (restaurants). According to the menu they only have kids mac and cheese 3 days a week which is strange because its a kids staple especially for our picky eater 4 year old. Luckily we were there on a day it was available and it was delicious. Homemade style. I ordered the reubin with fries and a side of french onion soup. It also came with slaw. Everything was on the salty side but I would have salted everything anyhow if not. Hubby got the pot roast which he said was good but not jumping up and down over. Everything came in a timely manner. The diner was clean. The line to get in continued the whole time we were there but they managed to consistently keep people moving in and out. The restaurant is updated. So much so the waitress told us there were no crayons for our 4 year old because the tables were new. Doesn't make sense because there are a myriad of ways a table can get "broken in". All in all a good experience and we will be back next time we are on that side of the NYS Thruway.

Lets start with the fact that you are going to get diner food here. With a nice addition of some Greek foods . Service is fast and friendly. The food is heavily salted, with large portions the norm. The restaurant is clean.
We would stop there again for a good turkey club sandwich.

Great food, great people with inexpensive and diverse menu. I'm in love with they're home made Italian dressing on their Cobb salad.
