Beautiful bed and breakfast. It is in a perfect location. There are many restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The owners are very welcoming. The breakfast is delicious. We will definitely be back!

Room Tip: The garden suites have a lovely outdoor seating area.

Stayed for 2nights to enjoy the town and going to the races with my husband. The location is excellent to explore the town. We did walk to the race course our arrival day in casual clothes and we're quite hot and sweaty... Would not recommend it. The Horse Racing museum was worth the walk near by. The staff can fluctuate as they employ a lot of young people. The owners are very present and very nice. The front porch was lovely to return to but the evening porch menu of light bites and desserts was outrageously overpriced which was a shame as we would have enjoyed staying at the inn after a hot day at the races. They do offer sweet snacks and soft drinks/water in a pantry included in your room rate which was a very nice touch. The breakfast was very good but they could have had more variety as the 2 days the hot entree was scrambled eggs with veggie and cheese both days, one day pancakes offered but not the next. No turndown service offered either at $500/night.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the third floor not on Broadway.

Thank you for recognizing that Saratoga Arms, located in the heart of the historic city of Saratoga Springs, is ideally situated for easy walking to almost all that the city has to offer a visitor, including a pleasant walk to the track. In addition to a short drive, there are cabs and an old fashioned trolley as alternate modes of transport if a guest does not want to walk.

Our beautiful front porch is the perfect place to begin or end an evening with a beverage and a bite to eat. All of our small plates are designed for two to share and enjoy and begin at $14.00. The wine and beer offerings are competitively priced from $8.00 for a glass or wine and $5.00 for a locally brewed beer.

Our scrumptious breakfasts begin with an abundant buffet offering fresh fruits, home baked muffins, scones, and coffee cakes, hot and cold cereals, assorted yogurts, quiches and more. In addition to the buffet our chef offers a variety of made to order egg dishes accompanied by breakfast meats, and potatoes or grilled vegetables. Pancakes and crepes are also part of the variety of dishes coming from our kitchen. Most guests walk away fully sated, offering compliments to the chef and raving about the variety and quality of the morning meal.

Saratoga Arms offers turndown service, however, in deference to guest privacy it is done upon request only. The guest services book in each guest room mentions that turn down service can be requested by calling or stopping by the front desk.

We are proud of the professionalism of our staff and pride ourselves on personal customer service and providing all our guests with a memorable Saratoga experience.

My best friend and I meet often in Saratoga. This was our first stay at this hotel. It was very clean and historic. The room was small and charming. Breakfast was outstanding, and a late night glass of wine on the porch was delightful. The hotel is 1.5 miles from the track which we found to be an easy walk.
The location is outstanding!!

I think this hotel is extremely expensive, I would not normally spend so much on such a small room. However, it is racing season and to be expected.

We stayed in Saratoga for 2 nights and after finding many hotels booked came across this hotel with good reviews and was happy I did. Quaint , old fashioned furnishings with modern conveniences such as free wifi and fitness equipment. Lovely room with 4 poster bed and modern bathroom . Amazing breakfast -delicious offerings included .as well as, a free stocked pantry . Friendly helpful staff - they arranged a table at the Turf Terrace in the clubhouse if the track which is hard to get. Right in the center of town -tons of shopping and restaurants we visited the Saratoga spa state park and had a beautiful walk , went to the track, and even a drive in movie . Fun quick stay

This place has it all. Best location in downtown Saratoga Spring bar none. Hospitable and low key staff. The hotel has the perfect atmosphere friendly, but not loud. Breakfast is fantastic. There is a buffet, plus a couple of delicious choices for breakfast. In addition to those mouthwatering items, there are delicious quiches on the wekends. Well stocked pantry with free items such as candies, coke, water, pretezels, chips, etc. These snacks are great if you are on the run. This place doesn't try to nickle and dime you to death. I had a suite (last room left) It was nice a blend of historic furniture with modern amenities . Bathroom fantastic with separate shower and bath. The bathroom mirror actually had TV on the bottom half and the top part was the mirror..You can watch the news while shaving!!!!Housekeeping was exceptional. Staff couldn't do enough, and always with a genuine smile. Beautiful front porch where you can sit and drink your coffee in the morning or have a nightcap before bed. Only about a 5 minute ride to the track. Would highly recommend the place, but the next time I t
will book earlier and get a less expensive room.

Room Tip: If it you go in racing season book real early if you want a weekend room
