“Could have been better for 2012/13”
Reviewed December 31, 2012

We have always enjoyed every selection off the menu and the staff have been great but this late afternoon it was just ok. Might as well sat in the farthest corner.
We have loved every choice here. It's our favorite in Saratoga. Today, the food was very good but the waiter was not what we have been accustomed to.
We had to ask for water - never refilled. We had to ask for their delicious rolls. Never brought us a side plate and the rolls which are usually nice and warm were semi-cold. Wrong dressing for salad. Had to ask for our choice of dressing. Had to ask for another wine!
Funny! Bill arrived promptly! Taken promptly.
We will go again but make sure NOT to have this waiter.

“A Local Favorite”
Reviewed December 31, 2012

The charming fireplaces around every corner, locals, and friendly bar tenders, make this location charming and fun-loving! The food is fantastic! The sandwiches are delicious, unique, and you will always have left overs. The bloody mary's on a cold snowy day next to the fireplace are a great place to warm up! Great soups as well! Price is right!

“Food to match ambiance”
Reviewed December 19, 2012

Try dining here if in the spa city in one of Saratoga oldest homes. It still has the feel of being in the living room only always crowded due to its popularity. Great bar, terrific all American menu and great service . Turkey dinner is like mama's,and seafood is always fresh. Be prepared to wait on most visits. Nice courtyard in season. A sure thing! If there is one in Saratoga!

“Cozy, warm, historic, with excellent service and good food”
Reviewed December 16, 2012

The Olde Bryan features a beautiful stone interior, a fireplace, and historic artwork. The service was impeccably professional and the food very good. I went with a casual plate; a not too pricey horseradish roast beef sandwich. The server took no persuading to substitute a very fresh side salad instead of fries. My companion chose a petite NY strip steak which came with some tasty mashed potatoes and fresh green and yellow beans. Good drink menu and the rolls are quite soft and yummy. Recommended.

“Love the Food and Atmosphere”
Reviewed December 13, 2012

We have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed in the food or the service, and the prices are reasonable. Most recently, we went to take advantage of Saratoga County Restaurant Week. That meant our entree choices were limited, yet we were very happy with our selections. But I think what we like best is the atmosphere, especially this time of year with a fire in the fireplace. Cosy, friendly, comfortable. A favorite for sure.
