“Heavenly Ingredients at Harvest and Hearth”
Reviewed November 22, 2012

If you love thin crusted pizzas from a brick oven smothered in organic ingredients then this is the place for you. Also, order a delightful salad (one is big enough to be shared with a friend) which is a mixture of fresh greens, fresh herbs and topped with a light dressing. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and open to making honest suggestions. We love this place for its casual ambience and its creative, delicious offerings!

“One of the best pizzas i've had”
Reviewed November 4, 2012

I often go to big cities like NYC, Montreal, Miami...and this is one of the best i've had, if not THE best. I went about 10 times, and it was always excellent. The Poppy salad looks like nothing, and there's not a lot of goat cheese on it, but the quality of the ingredients makes the salad so tasty that you dont need anything more on it. The goat cheese is so creamy and the lettuce is so fresh and tasty, you can really taste the difference between organic lettuce and regular lettuce. We've tried a few of the pizzas, and yes, like some people said in their reviews, it is a bit expensive, but it is definitely worth the price. The only negative thing is the service, the waitstaff is friendly, but very slow and it might be because of the big crowds and the single oven....I will keep coming back though! Best pizza in Saratoga by far!

“Go off season”
Reviewed October 16, 2012

The previous time we went in August with a reservation at 10:00PM and we waited over an hour for a table and the service was awful. This time we went before 5 PM on a Sunday in October. It was practically empty and the service was very friendly and prompt. We all got pizzas and they are thin crusted and good quality crust. Our only complaint was the bathrooms. The ladies room had 2 toilets plugged up and the third had no paper. The hot water was black. I would have given it an extra star if the bathrooms were taken care of. My advice is to go sometime when it's not racing season for better service.

“Could be great wood fired pizza, just misses by a drop”
Reviewed September 19, 2012

Great beer at a cheap price ($4, $4.50) and pizzas that aren't so cheap, but are good. The pizza is not crisp in the center, and could use another 30 seconds of cooking. The sausage is great, the pepperoni too. The mushroom was good and the garlic was good too. The salad gets high praise.

You tell me?

Pizza for 2 with beer and a tip, $80.

“Pizza with a flair”
Reviewed September 18, 2012

Love the organic pizzas and superb salads! Pizzas are baked in a woodburning stove. Nice casual atmosphere with views of the water. Service was excellent!
