The restaurant is casual and family friendly. The Poppyseed salad was enough for 2. The pizza is made while you watch. It is a thin crust. The pizza was great. Do not drink the tap water. The waitress warned us it had a sulphur taste. She was right. Order the bottled Saratoga water.

If you are a fan of thin crust pizza, this is the place for you. We have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. They make a number of specialty pizzas that are hand made to perfection. They also have several salads that are paired perfectly with the pizza. This place tends to get real crowded and they only take reservations for large parties. The bar area is nothing special so the wait can seem long. Overall, very well worth the wait.

This is a restaurant you won't stumble across, but it certainly is worth seeking out. Overlooking the narrow north end of Saratoga Lake, it is off the main roads. And make sure you like pizza, because that is it for entrees. But it is the best pizza in the region - wood-fired, thin crust, and delicious. Also soups and salads. The carrot ginger soup we had just recently was excellent. When possible, the food is made with local and mostly organic ingredients. Atmoshere is basic but relaxed and friendly. The stone oven is right in the dining area, so you can watch thepizza being made. Closed Mondays; open other days at 4:30. Summer weekends, there can be a wait.

The woodfire organic pizzas are GREAT! Atmoshere is very causual. Overlooks Fish Creek. Great in winter and summer. Take the whole family or go for date night. You will not be dissappointed. (Pizza is a little expensive...17+ and feed 2 people.)

The place is terrible.Be prepared to wait 2 hours for simple pizza and drinks.Management and staff have no experience in the restaurant business. Not a very clean place and they do not believe in customer service. No apologies were ever given for the long wait.Too many restaurants that are much better and appreciate your business.
This was my first 1 star review as a restaurant critic,I would not have even given it 1 star if this site allowed..Stay away
