We ate here while vacationing in Saratoga. We got there right as they unlocked the door so maybe the staff was a little busy getting ready for the day but they seemed pretty cold. The waitress was not very helpful with questions about menu items. The food wasn't bad but wasn't anything spectacular either. We probably won't go back since there are so many really great places to eat in town.

Some of my family got together 9 in total and decided to go for Hibachi. We had a great time. Happy was fabulous, He kept us very entertained during the whole cooking process. The waitress that got everything else was supper attentive never an empty cup and empty plates were taken away very quickly. Also tried the California roll I saw in the menu they make it a little different it was awesome. Can’t wait to come back. We had such a great time no one even took there phones out so we didn’t get pics. not even the kids. Lol great time!

Came today to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful time! On a snowy day we happened to be the only people at the Hibachi..and what a show! The food was fantastic and the Bartender..(Meri?) Was fun to chat with after we finished eating. All around great first impression and we will definitely be back.

We had enjoyed our previous visits to Duo and were looking forward to our traditional Asian dinner on Christmas. What a disaster! Not because the food was bad—it wasn’t up to its previous standards, but it was ok. Not because the service was bad—it wasn’t ; everyone was more than cordial and attentive. It was because of one table of drunken, loud diners who were doing shots with abandon. What made it worse was that the manangement kept serving them alcohol. Apparently the idea of cutting them off never occurred the management. At least 4 tables of customers had to move because of the noise, but that wasn’t right: why should people who weren’t doing anything wrong, who wanted nothing more than to eat their meals in peace, have to be inconvenienced instead of the boors who created the situation? Was this an isolated incident? Maybe, but if tonight was any example of how the management handles rowdy guests, I doubt it.
We’ll never go back.
