“Great sushi great service”
Reviewed September 19, 2013

Being a sushi fan. I was ecstatic to find such a great fine in upstate ny. The rolls were Creative, sushi amd sashimi wonderful. Seaweed salad a little sweet for my taste. Service was conscientious and attentive. The ambience. Hmm. Even though it was a quiet night in Saratoga, the noise level was high due to larger parties and a lot of concrete. If the restaurant was full, it would have been very hard to have a conversation

“Off the main drag, and worth finding”
Reviewed September 4, 2013

We ate here two nights in a row, partly because places on Broadway were crammed (final race weekend AND college move-in), but also because the place has great sushi plus dishes for those who don't want raw fish. Both nights there was no wait, food came quickly and was very good. The Sunset Boulevard roll is both pretty and delicious, and their miso soup is very nice. Other folks at our table of 7 seemed quite happy with their choices, too. Reasonable pricing, parking on-site.

“Worth a Visit”
Reviewed August 8, 2013 via mobile

We ordered blackened mahi mahi from the summer special menu and lemongrass soup, green salad and a special roll. All was very good, tastefully plated and service was good. I don't think you would be disappointed with this restaurant.

“Bad Experience”
Reviewed July 23, 2013

Maybe it was because was monday night, but one dinner of chicken was like rubbery used shreds of tires, had to send it back. They were nice enough to take it off the bill and provide a free bowl of soup as a replacement, but we had high expectations reading all these great reviews and it did not come even close to any of the things we read.

They do make good drinks though.

“Seconds please!!”
Reviewed July 14, 2013

It's so rare for us to do this, but we ordered food delivered to our room last night.
We liked the Japanese food so much that we made an Open Table res. and walked down the street to this welcoming well-lighted, contemporary Asian space. We were greeted by the owner/chef who noted we were two minutes early. Cute.
The yellowtail won our hearts as did the Sunset Boulevard rolls, our soup and yakitori. Everything well seasoned. Came promptly and well-paced.
We even ordered seconds of the Sunset Boulevard. Definitely in a zone, a very pleasant zone!
