This is a popular family owned and run restaurant in the down town area. There is a steady group of regular locals and very popular with tourists. The place is unpretentious and that charm is appreciated by most, but from reading some reviews, is a put off for a minority. The owners obviously work very hard and their hard work has made the restaurant successful and popular. It's one of those places you feel really good about giving your business to. During event weekends other busy times, it works well to think ahead and try to miss the peak hours by going for and early or late breakfast or lunch. Few people seem to know they are open for dinner. My experience was wow, the food is really good and really reasonably priced. We were the only ones eating dinner, apparently it is still a secret. It was a different experience to have fine dining quality food in a diner like setting at diner like prices.
