My wife and I went to the Downhill Grill to have a cocktail and bring home some dinner for later. We sat at the bar and Nikki was our server. She was awesome and knew her stuff. We ordered the nachos to go but just wanted them assembled in the box, on foil, to cook later at home. They were PERFECT. She explained to the kitchen staff what we wanted and got her point across. Also, the wings were very, very good. 2 hours later, at home, they still had the sauce on them and not in the bottom of the tray and the veggies and blue cheese had been put in a separate container. Nice touch. Who likes soggy celery and carrots along with hot blue cheese dressing? My wife's margarita was one of the best she's had anywhere. We also noted that there were 6 servers for the 'nice crowd' in the rest of the restaurant. Ample compared to when they first opened. They seemed to be able to keep up with the customers demands and all seemed to be enjoying themselves. The 'Grill seems to have settled in to it's new location and is a very good place to enjoy a great meal and great service.
