“A Breakfast Must”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 26, 2012

This dinner was whistle clean from the floors to the ceiling. Prompt friendly service. While in Roscoe for a weekend or a quick stopover this is the only place to do breakfast!!

“Nostalgic Stop”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 17, 2012

We stopped at the famous Roscoe Dinner on our way to visit family. We had not been there in 15 or more years. Too bad we did not wait another 15 years. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly. But the food was not so nice. The bread was stale, although the salad was good. The entries were ok - I had the ham and my husband the meatloaf. The deserts however we terrible. They were displayed nicely - but had probably been sitting there for several weeks, very dry and no flavor. The bill came to more than $40 for the 2 entries and desert.

“A great place to stop”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 27, 2012 via mobile

Roscoe Diner has been around forever, so they must be doing a lot of things right. My first visit there was in 1975 as a high school student traveling from the Syracuse area to NYC as it was the half way point...great menu, food, and service. 37 years later and it still is indeed the "World Famous" Roscoe Diner.

Great Greek food . Do not discount this wonderful diner. I ate here four times during my last weekend visit and I was overjoyed each time.

“Average diner”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 24, 2012

This is basically your average diner, conveniently located right off Rt 17. Because options on 17 are pretty limited and not being a fan of fast food, I usually stop at Roscoe's whenever I'm traveling to western New York. The food and service are good enough and generally pretty fast, even at busy times. There is nothing particularly spectacular about this place but given the location, quick service, reasonable prices, and "real" food (rather than fast food), it is certainly worth stopping at if you're driving through the area.
