Ramada Rock Hill at Sullivan Center

My group of 7 recently stayed at this hotel over a long weekend while we were attending an event at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, and our stay was truly excellent. This very comfortable and clean boutique hotel was a great home-away-from-home for us while we were in the Catskills, and is definitely one of the best hotels in the area.

What really stood out to me was the service. Andy, the manager, is a true professional, and was able to quickly address a few (very minor) issues that we had throughout our stay in order to ensure that it was as wonderful as possible. We look forward to returning to The Sullivan next Memorial Day Weekend, and won't hesitate to recommend the property to any of our family and friends!

I have had to make several trips due to medical issues. I have stayed at the sullivan on several occasions. It is a very clean, well kept hotel, with a wonderful caring staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping dept. They are eager and willing to do whatever it is you need to guarantee you have a pleasant stay. I love that the rooms are so clean and comfortable. Also very spacious with cute homey decor, and comfortable beds. I really enjoyed the fitness room which is nicely equipped with several up to date machines and cardio equipment. It is also a bonus that there are 2 adjoining restaurants. A wonderful steak and seafood venue, Bernies serves a great variety of fine cuisine, at a very reasonable price. What something a little lighter and laid back, the the Crust is def your place. I would recommend the Veal Parmesan, Delish!!!
My experiences in the last 2 years have been nothing short of Wonderful! The manager Andy and his staff does a fantastic job!! Keep up the good work Sullivan, I look forward to my next trip!

Room Tip: Def go for the hot tub rooms! Its a very relaxing touch to the stay!

My husband and I recently returned from a weekend stay in the Catskills. It was our first time staying at The Sullivan and it was a wonderful and charming experience! We travel to the area often to visit family and will never stay anywhere else but The Sullivan now. So thankful to have such a classy hotel in the Catskills! There were so many times that we would make the long trip home after visiting family or attending a great concert at Bethel Woods, because we couldn't find a good hotel in the area. Those days are gone! The rooms at The Sullivan are wonderfully clean and comfortable! The bed was super comfortable and the room was completely quiet. The room is decorated in a unique way so if you're looking for cookie cutter artwork from a basic hotel you won't find it here. The pretty courtyard view from the window was very relaxing.
When we arrived there was a large banquet going on in the main building and yet the room was still very quiet! As if that weren't enough, there were two amazing restaurants attached to The Sullivan! Bernies was sooo good! We had delicious steaks there. The Crust was amazing! Great decor and the pizza was NY style at its best! Can't wait to go back. As far as management goes, Andy treated us as if our business really mattered to him! How refreshing this was to us ! We travel often and we know how that professional touch is missing in the hotel industry these days. We had one issue which Andy promptly took care of with 100% of his attention. He was a true professional. We will be back soon and will recommend The Sullivan to all our family and friends!

My family had a fantastic stay at the Sullivan this past weekend. There were 40 family members ranging in age from 91 to 1. Everyone had a super time utilizing the all the great spaces within the Sullivan. We gathered in the evening before dinner in the Billiard lobby. What fun! We used the fitness center which is very nicely equipped. There was a nice breakfast in the morning in the lovely lobby as you walk into the hotel. Everyone who worked there was helpful and super nice.
We are planning to be back there again next year. (and maybe before!)

Front desk is clue-less. Very poor service. Rooms are very over priced. Manager is always M.I.A.. Waste of money. Says its a spa hotel, yet pool is closed and their is NO spa. Save your money and stay at a cheap motel. Much cheaper..and Im sure better Customer Service!

I stayed here for one night before a day at the track. The front desk folks were very pleasant and helpful. My room was very basic, but clean. There was a lot of noise from at least one adjacent room. I would stay here again if in the area.

My husband and I stayed at The Sullivan Hotel a few nights ago and had the most enjoyable stay. We were not expecting a modern hotel in a sleepy town (during the winter) but we were pleasantly surprised to find a very modern, well decorated and clean hotel. We will definitely stay there again. There's also a great restaurant next door called Bernie's, we had an amazing dinner.
