We enjoyed the hot breakfast and there were staff refilling things in a timely fashion. When we arrived the afternoon before we were glad to have coffee and when we sat down in the lounge, we were also greeted with cookies and fruit. When we were coming out of our room to go to the pool, the elevator was open (one of the cleaners was planning on using it), but he told us to go ahead. This happened another time as well. The receptionist went above and beyond to help us find sights in the area. We enjoyed it!

Stayed here as an overnight on our way from one place to another. Never stayed at this chain before but will try then again. Good service. Breakfast was good. Hot water was working great! Cookies in reception area were a very appreciated touch. In AM when checking out, they also had small bags with a bottle of water, an orange and some peppermint candies to take with you which was needed and appreciated. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a place to stay in Rochester.

We had a great stay in a great hotel. There were friendly staff and very clean as soon as we walked in. Hotel was close to everything we went to Rochester to do. It was a short 2 day stay but it did leave a great impression on us. From the free breakfast, free dinner, free wifi (which worked fine for us),free cookies and fruit 24/7, free coffee & tea, pool, everything made our stay the most comfortable we have had in a long time. The rates compared to other hotels in the area truly made it stand out. Upon arriving home I noticed I had forgotten my pillow. When I called, they tracked it down and mailed it back to me. This is how they operate. The staff acts as they cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable. If anyone is looking for a hotel in Rochester, please do not hesitate to stay here. You will not find a better hotel!

I wish to commend all the hotel staff, especially MARIA (Front Desk) for the wonderful, attentive and genuinely courteous service we received at this hotel. As always, we check Trip Advisor reviews prior to booking any hotel. We had read good reviews for this hotel, but I must admit our stay experience was even better than the reviews, due to the following reasons:

1) The room was comfortable and clean and the service was excellent.
2) The indoor pool/spa tub was excellent, especially because the water temperature of the main pool was fairly warm. Because of this, my kids and I used the pool each of the 3 days of our stay.
3) The breakfast buffet was very delicious, with many choices (eggs, sausages, hashbrowns, cereal, yogurt, waffles, tea/coffee, breads/donuts/pastries etc).
4) Not on the website (but definitely should have been) was the complimentary dinner/2 drinks the hotel offered to all guests. This was a bonus, and even though it was about a mile away at another hotel restaurant, we made use of it (Mexican Buffet). Possibly this may be a limited time offer, but it was still worth mentioning.
5) We also made use of the free DVD library (over 100 movies to choose from, and fairly good selection), the complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby, the free Wi-Fi (good connection and speed), TV and local calls. We were also surprised that there were complimentary snacks (cheese, crackers and nachos) in the evenings in the lobby.
6) Three restaurants literally within walking distance (TGIF, Delmonicos Steak House and The Crab Shack) and many, many more about 1-1.5 miles away on Jefferson Rd.

Our overall stay experience was very nice and we will most certainly choose this hotel on our next trip to Rochester, NY.

Room Tip: Try and get a room on the main floor, as it is easier to offload/load luggage from the car to the room.

We stayed here while visiting family and Niagara Falls. The hotel lobby has free cookies and ice water for you. The room was nice, spacious. We had two Queen sized beds. The air conditioning was not the coldest. The bathroom sink was in the hall, and the bathroom had no fan so there was some mold spores from too much moisture. The bed was AMAZING, so were the pillows. In fact, I am ordering the bed this month to replace my sleep number. The continental breakfast was delicious and a great variety. The pool was warm, and the hot tub was nice! We liked this hotel a lot, and will stay there again!!
