Went there with my daughter, we have been there before and really liked it but it was sooooo cold in there (big place that wasn't too busy) she kept her jacket on and I nearly froze to death at the sushi bar.

I've eaten at this type of place before and always enjoyed the show. Its the same every time you go but lots of fun with first timers. We were seated right away but didnt get started with food for 45minutes! Granted it was three of us and since we had no reservations they were waiting to fill the table before starting. Oh and it was cold in the place-like they were expecting to heat with the food grills. Ladies-take a sweater!

Food was typical and show was nice but it was a long process even after they started to grill. I was a bit bored actually and was grateful to have excellent company at my table to entertain me while I waited. The prices are moderate 15-30 per dish with seafood being on the higher end. No one in our group had any allergies which was good since it wasnt asked and all the food was co-mingled on the grill. Over all it was fine but not some place to visit more often than maybe once a year.

This restaurant is disgusting when we were there for one of Sat night. The host was young kid who was joking around at the Bar. We were standing at reception area for 10 minutes long and he still did not see us until the lady came and told him that we were here. He sat us in to one of very dark room but then he forgot to turn the grill on. Then he was hurry to come back to the bar with his continue conversation. The server went to us to take the drinks order but he did not notice the grill was not on until the chef came out after 20 minutes later. Now they told us sorry that the host forgot to do his job properly. Then there was another waiting game for 15 minutes to warm the grill up. Don't Arigato afford to hire any responsible host who can do his job correctly rather than let this young kid destroy their business? We would never come there if we did not have the groupon to use up..!!!! So don't bother to come there again in the future. The restroom inside was very dirty... Two of rooms did not have paper toilets. All the hibachi tables were torn up and worn out....!!!! It was just an old haunted building not the "Arigato" name as we thought of in this town.

We went because we had a groupon. The parking lot was unkept. All of the service staff were sitting out there smoking. We should have turned around when we walked in. It was dark dirty and smelly. There were dirty fans blowing everywhere. The bathrooms were disgusting. Our waiter was nice and tried. Our chef did the standard stuff but bashed other businesses as he went and his act seemed tired. The food was surprisingly very good. Dont even think about going here if you have any kind of allergy. They can not/will not accomodate you. Don't even think about it anyway Asked to speak to the manager. The head chef came out and basically said the owner doesnt care. This place should probably be shut down.

Very expensive for the quality of food but we went for the 'show' for my boys and had a groupon. Very very salty but we could have asked for less soy but didn't know it would be so salty.
