Review of Little Theatre

THE art cinema in Rochester, and deservedly popular. Plus there's a nice little cafe inside that occasionally has live music. Parking can be a pain — especially if the weather's bad. But overall it's a great place to take in a film — the best in Rochester.

Always enjoy our visits to the Little. We live outside the city but will make the trip to support the Little. We are lucky to have this place.

It's the go to place for foreign and Indie films in Rochester. And it has a much more interesting array of snacks than any other cinema in town as well.

There are many charming things about this theater, but I think the bit that strikes me most is that when they serve you popcorn they ask if you'd like real butter on it as well.

The historic space, the delightful atmosphere, the diverse range of films are all nice, and all done well, but that butter on the popcorn really sets it apart.

The Little Theater is located in one of Rochester's entertainment hubs. It's a neat little place that shows a wide variety of films. The café has wonderful desserts and often hosts musical groups. The facility is a little worn but for most, that's part of its charm.
