We chose this place as it seemed like the nicest of the older motels near Rochester. It was nearly twice what I usually pay at $85, but it was clean and comfortable.
The motel is a small two story building in an out of the way neighborhood which is close enough to downtown to be convenient, but far away enough to be nice. The desk clerk (owner's son?) was very nice, and was able to give us directions to nearby attractions. Our room was small but clean and well equipped. The bed was nicer than those at most old motels. The bathroom was pretty small, but clean and with cute pink tile. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, and we had a good night's sleep.
