Attraction details
Recommended length of visit: More than 3 hours
Owner description: Seabreeze, the fourth oldest park in America, is located on the scenic bluffs overlooking Lake Ontario north of Rochester. Enjoy the excitement of four roller coasters, a classic wooden carousel, thrill rides, family and kiddie rides, a midway of food and games and live shows daily. There's also a full water park with wave pool, tube slides, body flumes, lazy river, kiddie slides and more. The 1920 Jack Rabbit wooden roller coaster is listed as the oldest continuously operating coaster in America. The park is a classic combination of traditional amusement park and modern water park. Open daily mid-June through Labor Day; also open weekends in May, early June and early September.

“a real favorite”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 4, 2014

I love this park. I can go with friends on a weekday night without traveling far, and get an old fashioned thrill. The absolute best is the Jack Rabbit roller coaster, where you go sailing through tree tops in the dark on rickety, wooden rails that make you feel like you are really going to die. Not the high tech, Mercedes, solid feeling of the new coasters. No long lines, and rides that take me back to being a kid. The ferris wheel overlooks Lake Ontario. Never overly crowded. Yet another BIG great thing in Rochester.

“Why when Darien Lake is down the road”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 16, 2014

For the price of admission and what is offered you better off going to Darien Lake. Not really updated and slides if you are not careful will rip the skin on your back. Dangerous and not updated, and some employees could care less.

“feel the breeze”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 6, 2014

that's a wind coming in from the past, mary poppins style, at seabreeze, which is just the antidote to those corporate money machines, ideal for virtually any age group... hard to believe something like this is still around... long live sea breeze

“Fun family experience”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 25, 2013

This amusement park is a wonderful local attraction. It is small enough to feel comfortable, yet varied enough to give kids plenty of options. The water park is great with features for any age group. It is truly a family park, with picnic areas right inside the main park so there is no need to leave and return simply because you want to bring your own food. The park also overlooks the shore of Lake Ontario, and the view is excellent.
