Non stop action. An homage to Alfred Hitchcock, and FUNNY!
The actors really earned their money.

GEVA is the most professional regional theater I've ever been to, and they really try to bring their patrons into the action.

Thank you GEVA!

This was a wonderful little gem. A quaint theater, small and very comfortable. We went to the 39 Steps show on it's opening night. Arriving early allowed us to attend the prologue that was a great treat. The show was fantastic and the prices for the tickets were very reasonable. If we are ever in Rochester again we'd love to take in another show.

What a fun show! Just what we needed to help forget about the weeks worries and kick back. The pie onstage was a great touch. As always, Geva delivers. Great loation, not a bad seat in the house, awesome entertainment! Looking forward to 39 Steps coming up next and of course, A Christmas Carol to kick off the holiday season with the family. Geva is a gem.

Most of what we have seen has been excellent. But I rate the theatre excellent because there is not a bad seat in the house and the relative small size keeps you close to the stage and fully involved.

Geva Theatre gave our opening night tickets (seats we bought for the whole season) away to local "celebrities" and government officials on their opening night. No warning, no explanation...except the obvious - we weren't important enough. We'd supported Geva for ages as it struggled along to become functioning. And this was how they treated us....and many other disappointed people in Rochester. We've never been back since. Will never spend another dime in Geva theatre. Yes it happened years ago, and they don't need to give a darn - the people who made the decision aren't even there anymore. But we're satisfied that we've never supported them again.
