Interesting stuff to see here if you can take a quick trip through the displays. I was there for an event, and not sure I would make a trip just to see this. There was an Amsel Adams display (Kodak owns several of the original photos I believe) during my visit, which was a bonus! Not sure if the photos are displayed year round.

“Must See in Rochester”
Reviewed April 10, 2012

As a photographer I had to make a pilgrimage to the George Eastman Home. I am so happy I did.

We took a guided tour of Eastman's home and then walked through the several galleries of photography that spans the history of the art for. Other galleries display antique cameras and other photographic equipment.

The House is also home to archives of film and photography, a graduate school for those interested in photo restoration and contains a theater the shows older, less frequently seen films.

Don't forget to walk through the beautiful estate gardens as well.

Fabulous museum: the history of photography and George Eastman; an amazing tour of his home; a world class gallery of photography; gorgeous gardents; a fabulous cinema showing all time great films since the 1920s; and a nice cafe too!
