“Fun way to spend a cloudy day!”

We had a blast here! Lots of fun exhibits, rides (these cost extra) and a very good outdoor cafe for lunch. Great with kids or just fun for adults!

“Quick Getaway from NYC”
Reviewed August 4, 2014

My husband and I took our 3 yr old son here for a quick getaway from the NYC rat race. He loved it! There was a lot to see but not too expansive that we needed a stroller. There are several activities for older kids as well like swimming with the fishes and for the very brave, the shark tank. We enjoyed how interactive everything was. You can feed the rays and birds. They even had a beautiful butterfly exhibit. Worth the trip and if you can swing an overnight there is plenty to do in area.

“Snorkeling Fun”
Reviewed July 30, 2014

The Pirate Snorkeling Adventure won't compete if you've been snorkeling off a Caribbean island, but it's great fun for the younger set. There are tropical fish, rays and even (harmless) sharks to be seen and even touched and puzzles pieces to be retrieved from the bottom of the salt water "lagoon". The prizes for finding all the puzzles pieces are tokens for the arcade area, but the real fun is in the swimming. Masks (or goggles, if you prefer), snorkels and towels provided along with changing rooms. Your fee gets you about 45 min. in the lagoon, which is located outdoors with some overhead canopies providing some shade. The fee for this attraction includes your entry fee and entry to most other attractions, including the butterfly exhibit, which was a real plus.

“Aquarium - Butterfly exhibit”
Reviewed July 22, 2014

This attraction is an excellent choice for young, old and in-between. There is something to see for everyone and worth every penny. The exhibits keep you looking and you could go back the next day and not see what was right there the day before. Take your time, be amazed at all the wonderful life surrounding you and DON'T skip the butterfly exhibit - there is one HUGE . . . . I mean REALLY HUGE lepidoptera you don't want to miss!

“Aquarium visit”
Reviewed July 19, 2014

I thought this aquarium had quite a good range of interesting animals with the sharks and the sea-lion show as particular high-lights. A couple of hours of fun if you're in the area.
