We were looking for a restaurant in the Rhinebeck area prior to a concert at Bard College and located this place on the internet. It is a little difficult to find as it is nestled in a small shopping center on a dead end street on block east of Route 9. But it is well worth seeking out. The restaurant is attractive and very pleasant. The wait staff and very attentive and the owner came over to check if everything was okay. The food is freshly prepared and interesting. The menu is not large, which I think is a real plus. What they do they do very well. Primarily Italian, as the name suggests, the pastas were outstanding and the appetizers were excellent as well. The prices are about average for what you might expect but well worth the value.
