Myself & a friend were in Rhinebeck for a girly day & decided to try the $12 lunch menu. The food was vey good. the portion sizes reflected the $12 special price, but this was fine for me as sometimes the portion sizes are far too big in some restaurants.
The service was excellant. the staff were very friendly & automatically turned the music down when we were seated near a speaker. The restaurant also has a small covered outside dining area along the side of the building so you are sat just off the street "very French"
I would definately go back for dinner & try the a la carte menu based on the food we ate for lunch.

We tend to frequent our favorites (Matchbox, Pizzeria Posto, & Terrapin) when in Rhinebeck but this day we decided to try something new.
We stopped in Arielle for Sunday brunch around 1:30 and were very happy with the menu choices. We chose the crepe and the roast chicken. Both entrees were excellent in flavor and presentation. The chicken was very moist and the crepe was filled with very tasty chunks of ham.
Service was good and overall we were quite pleased with the experience.

To start. A Manhattan and a Gin Martini. Both drinks very watery, and way too much Vermouth. And I believe I was served Vodka not Gin. Okay, some restaurants don't put salt on the table, because their ever-so-talented chefs have such expert palates, that no one should need to add seasoning. Wrong. The food was lacking salt.. Sauce was forgotten with the hanger steak, feta cheese was left off a salad. Sweet potatoes and duck were cold. Had to get up and find server to let them know...so many misses-we won't be back. This server would have made a great tip had they been more professional-we ordered cocktails, wine, and a lot of food....we left the bare minimum and we almost always tip 25% or more

Have had lunch here about a dozen times and I always amazed at the quality and quantum you get for $12. Salad/soup, entree and desert. We have had the salmon, steak and other offerings and always been very pleased.
The atmosphere is very French and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Delicious cheese cake or chocolate dessert.

Nice house wine as well. A glass cost the same as the entire lunch.
