We stayed at the Red Hook Country Inn for the 2nd time this year. As before, our party consisted of myself, my husband and our son.
This year, Pat and Nabil have made a wonderful addition. On weekends, Nabil will prepare a special 5-course dinner just for guests by prior arrangement. The dinner we had was outstanding. Nabil's cooking is rich and flavorful yet light and healthy. It is amazing what he can do without cream. His sauces and a Jacob's soup were particularly outstanding. I had a chicken dish with champagne sauce and my husband had a salmon with pesto sauce. Both were delicious. The soup was the best we have ever eaten.
Of course the meal is served with his customary warmth and individualized attention. For just an evening, we lived like Onassis!
Breakfast was served on the porch, and Sunday's special was eggs benedict with delicious sauce.
The entire stay was comfortable, warm and wonderful. Pat and Nabil are great hosts who make you feel at home and welcome.

We stayed at the Red Hook Inn for a weekend getaway in mid-July. Our hosts were gracious and accommodating. The decor in our room was very attractive and recently updated. Pat will answer your questions about the area and will go out of her way to attend to your needs. We would definitely go there again.

Excellent bed and breakfast. Different breakfast every morning was excellent. We stayed in #5. Very comfortable king bed. A wonderful whirlpool bath as well. Red Hook is a small town close enough to Rhinebeck and Hyde Park but away from the crowd of tourists. We would stay there again. The hosts were very friendly.

We had a family reunion weekend at The Red Hook Inn. We were a group of 14 adults, married and singles, with ages ranging from 20 - 60. We had the time of our lives. The owners Pat and her husband Chef Nabil were fantastic hosts. They were so warm, friendly and welcoming. We felt at ease and at home. Chef Nabil is a world class chef. We had dinner at the Inn upon our arrival on Friday night and it was truly a spectacular event. A meal by chef Nabil should not be missed. Breakfasts were also quite unique and unbelievable. The Inn itself is quite charming and well appointed. The front porch complete with rocking chairs was a welcome respite for us, as we are city dwellers. Pat was so helpful with all of our plans including bringing in massueses for massages and helping with all concierge duties. Pat and Nabil are sweet, dedicated and very nice people. On Saturday when I commented to Pat that they were going well over and above the call of duty, she reminded me that this was just their normal service. For anyone who would like a wonderful and quite comfortable Inn, this is the place for you. We hope to be back soon

I can't explain to you how wonderful my vacation was. I stayed at the Red Hook Inn with 13 other family members. All of us left wanting to return. If you stay here, you will be taken such good care of. The rooms are very nice, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean. The food is out of this world and the service is even better. There's even a really nice front porch and hot tub to hang out in. I've never been so happy away from home.

As frequent visitors to the area, we've enjoyed repeatedly staying at the Red Hook Inn for its informal style, its friendly atmosphere, and the readiness of the owners to answer to our needs. Its location in the heart of the charming historic village of Redhook makes it particularly attractive and allows for nice relaxed week ends. Over the times we have stayed there we have had varied breakfasted combining fruits, scones, eggs and meats, and freely flowing orange juice and coffee. We'd love it if the coffee was a little stronger. Looking forward to our next stay.
