The Red Fox is located across the street from the entry to Marist College in a strip mall. We noticed it on our way to Hyde Park to see the FDR Presidential Library and made a lunch note. We wound up staying longer than planned at the library, but that's another review. We made our way back down the highway until we found Red Fox. We made a left turn and then another to go through the mall to the Red Fox. It was about 3 p.m. and there were only two other customers there. However, several others came in while we ate our lunch. The owner/chef is friendly and personable as are his staff. The menu boards entice with their many possibilities. We settled on two -- the pesto chicken wrap with red peppers and the cheesesteak, warmed with melted cheese. We each ate half. The ingredients were fresh, both were tasty and we were so full we had to pass up the cookies. Clearly a college-student favorite this is also a place that welcomes everyone. Nice vibes. Fun place to go. Wish there was one near our university.
