“A slice of eclectic wonder in PoTown”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

I've eaten at Twisted Soul many times. Each time everything is prepared on the spot so it has a wonderful freshness to it. The flavors all explode in your mouth. The portions can be a little small but the prices make it possible to order more than one dish. I usually go with friends, we each order something different and share. This is a great find for vegans and vegetarians that are looking for something other than a tossed salad when out having lunch with friends. The bubble milk is a big hit but I'm just not in to it that much....but each to their own!

“Great empanadas”
Reviewed December 2, 2012

I stopped in here for an afternoon snack. Lots of great options on the menu, including lots of vegetarian. I tried three empanadas, which were all wonderful. The Mexican hot chocolate was great as was the lavender ice tea!

“Excellant food”
Reviewed August 17, 2012

I love going to Twisted Soul as an alternative to fast food. The orders come out fairly quick but they are delicious. The meal I usually get is the Mac and cheese with pulled pork, along with the different varieties of empanadas and dipping sauces. Absolutely amazing. Also try their different bubble teas that they offer, very good. The only complaint is that they are closed on Tuesday's and I just tried going there the other day and they shut their store down for a month until August 22nd. But you should definitely give this place a try. Very different and creative food choices that everyone will love.

“One of my favorites in Arlington”
Reviewed July 9, 2012

This place has great food - empanadas and arepas are to die for - bubble tea and lavender lemonade are wonderful as well. Salads are good, but nothing special, anything with pulled pork is amazing. The only problem I have with the restaurant is how slow it is. They take their damn time and it is almost painful how long they expect you to wait. Its unfortunate because I feel they could improve their business vastly by stepping up the service.

“Different but good”
Reviewed June 1, 2012

This place has the strangest menu... you can get noodle bowls, arepas (a little corn cake), dumplings and salads, and they have lots of vegetarian options. The pulled pork with mac and cheese is SO good, as is the Mexican salad. I wasn't too crazy about a noodle bowl that I had once, but I can't recall which it was.

If you like bubble tea, this will be your new favorite place. They have about 20 different flavors, plus iced chai and iced thai coffee. YUM!

The atmosphere is quirky, nothing too special but certainly not dumpy either. Most everything is 7 or 8 bucks but the teas are another 4, so it adds up.

The hours could be better. I think they close at 8pm most nights.
