We stayed at the hotel the day after power was restored. The new renovations are very nice and make this hotel a bargain at the price we booked at (Grand opening special). As others have noted the staff is extremely helpful. I had left behind my favorite workout outfit in a drawer and they saw that it was shipped promptly to my home in California Any question was promptly asked with mapquest directions to go with the answer.
Location is good for the area with the small falls right out side the door. Great location for visiting Roosevelt museums and Vanderbilt house. Be sure to book a dinner reservation at the Culinary Institute. Staff pointed out that there was a coupon for free dessert and coffee in the rack by the checkout desk which saved us over $50.More
