We visited Pie with great expectations of a wonderful brick-oven baked pizza. The results were mixed. Our large pizza had flavorful sauce, fresh mozzarella and the requisite thin crust -- but the ingredients, including the herbs, were skimpy. Our friends' medium "supreme" was a disaster -- cracker crisp, flat-out burned on the bottom and edges, also skimpy on the ingredients (no visible meat) with more black olives than anything. They were really disappointed and so were we for recommending we try it. The service was excellent and the décor lovely, but this place needs to step up its pizza game or it's going to be out of business.
