If you want to dine back in time, with visions of the Brat Pack walking through the door, this is your joint. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Portchester, NY, this gem is a classic. The atmosphere is totally old school Italian. Live music vibrates through this lovely restaurant on Friday nights and I could swear that Dino or Frankie will walk by our table;) The food is just what you'd hope for with all the classics and the wait staff just couldn't be more delightful. And one of my favorite things about it is you can actually hear yourself and your guests! What is going on with restaurants these days that think high volume is haut??? Anyway, you'll love it if you love the classics! Mangia

Well the service was as good and friendly as any restaurant I have been at.
We were greeted promptly. The attention was needed as the restaurant is
in need of an overhaul. The food was pretty good as the mozzerella baratta was soft
and creamy. The artichokes were very good.. Had the rigatoni special which was decent.
The veal cutlet parmigiana was ok but portions were so tiny and cut so thin.
I would consider it very expensive due to the size of the portions.
Went home hungry. Don't think I would ever go back.

This restaurant is not on the beaten path, but is a warm, comfortable restaurant with a responsive staff and good food. We went here around 7:30 PM on a cold, winter's evening and were pleasantly surprised by the warm atmosphere. The menu has a great range of choices. The food was well prepared and very tasty and the portions, while generous, were not oversized. An added delight was the music from the tavern, which was entertaining, but not overwhelming. This is a good place to relax and have a good meal.

Port Chester is a working class town with an amazing roster of good restaurants. Marianacci's is one of the best, even though it is off the beaten track in a residential neighborhood.

The menu is comfortable and the ambience is quiet and comfortable. If you would like an entre cooked a different way, just ask. My wife always has a special meal that the waiter is aware of. The kitchen always obliges.

When you go here for dinner and you immediately know why they been in business as long as the have. They decor is the same as it was the day they opened I'm guessing,it's not bad, just dated. When we first sat down it took a little while to get our wine and little while longer to order. When we explained to our waitress we were on a tight time frame to see a show, she kicked it into high gear, I believe they never want you to feel rushed and not that the service was slow. We ordered the special sole and veal chop that were out of this world and even changed them around slightly as well as another veal item from the menu and altered it slightly as well. They were more than accommodating to do our meal however we asked, she explained everything was made to order, we were never made to feel it would be an imposition. WE were done in plenty of time and left feeling full, happy and definitely will return. The four of us agreed it was one of the best meals we'd had, the service was great and the price was a good value.
