The Peekskill Brewery has moved, as other reviewers have already pointed out. The bar area is huge compared to the old one. It's nice that it is now separated from the main dining area. You can still get food in the bar area. There are several large tables and the bar itself is enormous. In the old bar area, they could maybe get 25-30. Now, at least 100. Great place for large gatherings.
The menu has expanded. It's taken on a more ecletic flavor. They now offer a olive board with bread, which is a great appetizer. The burgers seem better. The skirt steak is no longer on the menu, which was something I had a few times at the old location, but it's been replaced with many other choices. The food quality has noticeably improved from the old restaurant. I assume that means a new chef? Either way, food is great. Prices are reasonable for what you are getting.
We went there New Year's Eve without a reservation and they seated us promptly. I was there again are for a Sunday Brunch, again, without a reservation, and they seated us promptly. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and helpfull with any question.
I believe this summer they may open a roof top bar. The view of the sunset on the Hudson River should be spectacular.
