One of the best things about this hotel was the large room size. It easily fit a king bed, two twins, a couple closets, and a kitchenette area. The location is good too for the historical sites in the area. The breakfast was average and we coud hear some noise through the walls. One thing that would make the beds nicer is triple sheeting the beds instead of using the old comforters. The front desk was helpful and the breakfast lady was very nice, helpful, and friendly.

Now I may sound biased because I live in Palmyra NY, but I do truly believe it is one of the most beautiful places in the US and I have done a lot of traveling lately.I am not Mormon so I can also tell you that although their are The Mormon sites it is not all upstate NY has to offer. There are parks, waterfalls, and a great little village to shop at. It is also is about an hour away from Niagara falls. I stayed at The Palmyra Inn on more then one occasion and the staff there is very kind and helpful. The rooms are a great size and are clean. They have a good continental breakfast. The price is good for all that you get. What they have that no one else has is Location!!!!! Where the Inn is set There are no shopping malls, or anything buildings blocking one of the most spectacular views of sunrises and sun sets. It is truly magical.

Room Tip: Face the back of the hotel to see all the trees and deer in the Morning!

The staff was very friendly, and they had a good breakfast. We had a room with a king bed and two twin beds, perfect for my wife and our two children. Very close to the historic sites in the area. Easy access to the throughway as well.

The Palmyra Inn Jacuzzi suite that we stayed in was amazing! The room was very spacious and lots of nice details, including small kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the Jacuzzi was awesome. Wonderful spot to get away and relax. The staff was very friendly and they even have a room with historic artifacts that is really cool to see in a hotel. Will definitely be staying there again (hopefully soon!).

Went for a weekend with my friends, My room was dirty. There was long hair on my bed and the woman at the front desk seemed like it was no big deal. Dirty water filled the tube while I took a shower, again no sorry nothing... The house keeper (did not speak English) thought we where leaving on Saturday and got rid of all the food we had in the refrigerator. And to top it all off the woman down the hall was screaming and using the worst language on her poor kids. I had to say something to her and she told me to mind my own business.I did not want to make circumstance worse. I say go down to the next town and stay in Newark. It is really not worth the money or the aggravation!

The staff was great, the rooms were excellent, and the hot tub was very hot. Staff went out of their way to help when we locked our keys in our car. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Loved that they have hot chocolate.
