I attended my first NFL game on November 3, 2013--the Buffalo Bills vs. the Kansas City Chiefs. I don't have other NFL stadiums to compare it to, but in my opinion, the Ralph offers a great fan experience. The pre-game festival in the Healthy Zone Fieldhouse was a ton of fun--I was able to participate in interactive activities, get autographs from alumni, photos with cheerleaders etc. There were great pre-game and half-time performances from the Penn State Marching Band, and there was an awesome tailgate atmosphere in the parking lot. The game itself was entertaining, as the Bills held their own against one of the NFL's best teams. What made this experience special, however, was the awesome fans! Everyone stands for the entire game, and it's impossible to not get caught up in the exhilarating atmosphere. Say what you will about drunken football fans, but everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, and just there to enjoy the game. The fans are knowledgeable, loud, and always ready to scream for their Bills. The stadium made the day even more entertaining by playing in-game highlights, the Buffalo Bills fight song, and fun features during commercial breaks. My only complaint is the food--the burger and fries I ordered left a lot to be desired, even by stadium food standards.

The Bills have not made the play-offs in 13 years, the longest drought in the NFL. Yet their fans still fill the stadium every game, stand the whole time, and give their team unconditional support! Buffalo Bills fans have my utmost respect!!! Thanks for giving me a great time at my first NFL game!

Decent Stadium, a little dumpy compared to others across the league. The washrooms are just terrible!!!! The experience is great here tho as a spectator, especially if the bills win. Something that needs to be brought to attention of the public is a money grab they do here that ive been hearing more and more of lately regarding rowdy or disorderly fans from Canada. They throw you down in a cell in the stadium and borderline abuse the men and charge you on nothing but it costs money to get them dropped and to appear in a clown court at a future date and pay more money. Its something I haven't experienced first hand but people I know have and ive been reading about it. So just be on your best behavior if you are from out of town as the guards love to abuse their authority.

You want a real NFL experience with great fans and unreal tailgating you come here! You might not have the pampering of Dallas Stadium but IMO this is football and you don’t need it, nor do i want it!!!! It is bigger then it looks from the outside, the stadium goes down 3 or 4 stories underground!

Great tail gate party! Everyone has a good time. The Ralph is family friendly and handicap accessible. Orchard Park has many restaurants that the family can visit before/after the game: Danny's from across the stadium they have amazing Chicken Wing Soup and a chocolate fountain! Yum!

The Good- The security was good and efficient and quick to address issues. There was plenty of signage to help you find your seats. The atmosphere was really good as the fans were very energized in trying to help the home team. The Bad- The food options and locations are minimal and the lines are very long. The stadium has only one scoreboard for showing replays and it was in one end zone directly behind where I was sitting so it was very inconvenient to see. They do not have an out of town scoreboard that always updates scores. They do have, in the one area behind my seats, updates that show the scores and stats from one game at a time but with that behind me I would have no idea when the score I'm looking for would be shown. They should show scores on the advertising strips that go around the entire stadium. These alternate with ads from sponsors and efforts to get fans to cheer. They should also have out of town scores in that area because then the entire crowd could see it. The Disgraceful- The bathroom. The lines were long, people were cutting into the front of the line, but worst of all was when you got inside. They had two sinks in which you are supposed to wash your hands, but they were being used as extra toilets. The toilet area is also gross as it was just one long basin for communal use. There was garbage all throughout it and simply disgusting. I'd recommend you borrow some Depends from Grandma and forget the bathroom here!
