Never again

1.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Sep 6, 2017
I would go into detail, however I don't wish to relive the experience. Needless to say...we'll never forget the experience since it was our 1st wedding anniversary. We will not choose this particular Residence Inn again.

Had a great time here! The beds were extremely comfortable, the people at the front desk were incredibly kind, there was free breakfast, the pool and gym were clean/empty, and there was even a basketball court outside. Also, our room was pretty much a mini suite, with a kitchen and spacious living room area, bedroom, and bathroom. The wifi was also incredibly fast, and the view out front was beautiful!

Room tip: Be sure to request a front-facing room- the back-facing rooms are next to a train which can be very loud!

Hotel seems new and the staff was friendly and courteous. It was a quiet hotel but there is train tracks nearby and you can hear the horn and noise, there is a Stop and Shop next door and restraunts in the area

Front desk was friendly and organized. Ask for a room facing front for a quieter night. Walls and floors aren't particularly well insulated for noise. Rooms are spacious and clean, but in our opinion we needed better lighting and another mirror. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was also very good. We had a problem with the key cards also. The breakfast was surprisingly good with fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, muffins, coffee cake, cereals, as well as decent scrambled eggs. Overall, I thought the Inn offered good value, for a suburban, clean, safe stay.

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding. The hotel is located next to a grocery store and near a main access road which is convenient. A railroad is directly behind hotel so if you are a light sleeper you will hear it. Front desk staff was very accommodating. Our room was neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Staff kept all food refreshed and there was lots to choose from. The only draw back was room keys did not work. Numerous times we had to have them reprogram our room keys which was annoying.

Great weekend stay. I loved the studio apartment feel complete with kitchen utensils and the Stop and shop market right next door. Kid friendly swim pool with plenty of lounge chairs and late hours. I Would definitely recommend or stay again. Very hospitable used UBER to visit area mall.

Room tip: Train passes in the back of hotel frequently, you can hear it but not loud enough to keep me awake.
