We went to Crystal Waterworld end of May 2014 and were gob smacked when we arrived at how posh to was. It was remote, as in away from the lively areas but you didn't need to go out as the hotel had that many amenities. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Cleaniless was a high important issue within the hotel, there were loads of staff on hand swepping up little crumbs etc. The food was very good, excellent variety even for my two fussy kids!! The waterpark was fantastic, although my 10 year old was a little worried about the slides being a bit big but then he was too old for the kids area. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful although were was a bit of a language barrier as it wasn't an "English" occupied hotel, I would say only about 10% of guests were English.
Negatives would be lack of information, i.e. would have benefited from brochure about the hotel in the rooms to help with where things are, which resitaurant did what and what time etc.
Other negative was just language barrier although you could find some staff who spoke a little English so we had no problems.More
