This was a good place to eat but it is currently CLOSED. We especially liked their Sunday evening prime rib dinner. We miss this place!

good atmosphere, friendly service. I had a shaved prime rib sandwich cooked just right. The menu has room for improvement but the place has potential. I would go back.

Stopped by for lunch on a Thursday but the doors were locked, lights were out and parking lot empty. At least have your business hours and phone number posted so the public can see it! No signs, no posted hours or employees. We assumed that after the Food Network make-over that the owners didn't make it work and had to close. What's the story?

We loved Oleander before Restaurant Impossible, but after the show, it was horrible. The food wasn't bad, but the selection was so limited, we couldn't go there more than once every month or 2. We used to go weekly and always have something different. We stopped going about 6 months ago, but decided to try again since we saw the menu is expanded. We were very happy with the selection, the quality and the service. The updates to the decor are nice, but we still miss the small town pub feel from before. The beer selection is ok, but still nothing compared to before the show.
I had the chicken marsala and my husband had the gorgonzola chicken. Both were very yummy and the perfect portion. The breadstick with it was a nice touch. The french onion soup was also very good.
I'm glad we finally can go back there since it was our "go to restaurant" when we didn't want to cook.

A group of four of us went to dinner at The Oleander this week. Two of us got the burger and fries. The burgers were so overcooked that it was unbelievable. They were like charcoal briquettes! The fries were ok. The waitress was not very attentive at all. There were a total of 6 people at two tables in the whole restaurant. The waitress disappeared for very long stretches at a time. She was pleasant enough when she came around, but that was not very often. All in all, the food was bad and the service was not great. Too bad. We wanted to like this place due to it being on Restaurant Impossible, but couldn't, and will not return.
