This is also known to locals as " Hook Mt." and is at the end of North Broadway in Upper Nyack. It is free from labor day to memorial day and during the summer has a small parking fee...well worth it though, great views from parking lot where you can eat and watch the Hudson River. There are many park benches also for use. There is also a walking/jogging/bicycle path that goes north along the river. I've jogged from town to this spot and always enjoyed the route...passing huge waterfront mansions and then finally the park...where you can turn around and go back to town...about 2 miles.
