Called here after a day on the beach and was impressed by the friendly atmosphere. Staff were very helpful especially when i tried to get wifi reception. The menu is varied and very reasonably priced. As a visitor to the US i tried the homemade Meatloaf and it was great. They have a number of beers on tap and i was really pleased to find this place.

We have gone here on a few occasions. The food is good. Burger and steak sandwiches are really good. Moderately priced.

We went because we wanted to love it! We ordered martini's and the olives were old and tasteless, bad sign. The menu was pricey and not very interesting. The food arrived and it was almost inedible. I ordered the sole stuffed with shrimp and scallops, except they missed two key ingredients: shrimp and scallops. It was stuffed with undercooked buttery mush. Had a nice neighborhood feel from the outside. But we won't be returning. A shame because we just moved to the area and would have been regulars.

I had the house salad, skirt steak, and apple crisp for dinner. The meal was part of the prix fixe meal (choice of 3 main entrees) for $24.99. VERY good for the money! We went there on a Tuesday which is "kids eat for $1 w/ purchase of adult antree". So out of our party of 7 (4 adults/3 kids), we only paid for 4 meals. Meals were priced around $14-$24 an entree. Lots of choices too...chicken, fish, pasta, turkey dinner, pot roast, burgers, steaks etc. Very good variety. As for the meal itself, they give you a lot for your money. I had to bring most of it home. Mashed potatoes were really good, skirt steak was good too. I haven't tried the apple crisp yet because I was too full to take a bite so i brought it home. My family had the butternut squash soup and they thought it was too sweet. My brother had the sauerbraten and he said it was good but not the best he's ever tasted, but everyone else seemed to be happy with their meals.
Service was really good. It was pretty empty when we were there so I guess she didn't have much to do anyway, but she was very nice even though we had 3 loud kids with us. She had no problem boxing up all of our unfinished food for us to bring home and even put our desserts right in our "doggie bags" for us.
The restaurant had 2 big TV's (both on ESPN) although the volume wasn't on so it wasn't a distraction. The restaurant has a large bar and so it has that pub atmosphere to it, but because it wasn't crowded, it was fine for a young family.
With 4 adults (2 prix fixe meals and 2 regular adult meals), and 3 kids for $1 (we paid an extra $1 each for chocolate milk - only soda comes w/ kids meal), 2 iced teas (2 of us had water) our bill came to $109. We had a $8.95 off coupon which we were allowed to use as well so our total was $100. I thought it was pretty good considering what we had.
