We went to the riv to see Amy grant. We had second row seats on the end . We loved the concert but the competing music from the bar next door was very distracting, to the point that even Amy made a comment and tried to make a joke of it. The theater is beautiful, but I think it needs more insulation on that side odd the building.

There is seating, no real dance floor. Nice place for a show, no bad seats in the house. Intimate setting compared to an Arena.

the theatre is very nice looking inside. Would like to see more events
being held there. They do offer some concerts but not enough.
