I've frequented this place many times over the years during the summer and we used to take our boat here as it has plenty of public dock spaces available along the canal. It's a great location to sit and have a few drinks and look out at the water. A great place to hang out if you have a boat or if you just want to be close to the water on a hot day. The food is just average and what I would term "bar food" for the most part. They do serve steamed clams which are usually good although the last ones I had there were a little sandy. This place definitely has a nautical theme going on with the anchors etc. and fits in nicely with the waterfront. They have a large selection of sandwich's named after boats but don't expect to be blown away by the flavor. I had the "stingray" last time and although it was on the greasy side it wasn't terrible. The service depends on how busy it is there but is usually slow, which isn't such a bad thing unless you're in a rush. The servers themselves are typically pretty friendly and helpful. Overall this is a good place to hang out and enjoy the whole "canal" scene, have a few drinks and maybe a bit to eat if you're not too fussy about getting real quality food. I will go back here as I have done over the years but it's not for the food, just for the water atmosphere.
