Hotel/Villa Anatoli is a great place to stay, located 5-10 minutes from Fira Town Centre.

The room and hotel itself is clean and they have a very nice pool, but the best part about it is definitely the staff and service.

We had called the previous night to inquire about public transit directions and the owner was very helpful. We had also told her we would be arriving around 12p.m. (check-in at 2) and wanted a tour that would allow us to see the Oia sunset and the volcano the same day as we were only staying one night in Santorini. She told us that we could check in early and would help arrange a tour.

When we first arrived, she welcomed us warmly by our names and offered us free refreshments as it was a hot day out. We had asked to stay in the main building with a view of the sunrise, which is exactly what we were given. She also gave us directions and a map to the main town center.

At this point, we had already booked our tour (went through a detour when we got off at the bus terminal), but she had remembered our request and had a few pamphlets of different tour options for us. As we said we'd also be visiting the hot springs, she offered us towels for our use there.

As promised, we got up around 5:50a.m. and caught the sunrise from the window in our room. We were scheduled for an 8p.m. flight to Athens and had left our bags there while we went to visit Oia.

We had returned earlier only to find out the bus schedules would not fit our flight schedule and they suggested to us that they would arrange for a cab to pick us up and drive us there (18 euros) and even suggested we use their pool and towels to cool off in the meantime (at this point we had already checked out hours ago that morning).

When we were done relaxing in the pool, we asked if it was possible to use a printer to print our electronic boarding passes. Unfortunately, their printer was out of ink, but one of the girls actually ran out to buy new ink to accommodate us! She came back on time, but unfortunately the internet was not working fully and so we could not print... but the level of accommodation was absolutely superb.

We also tried to leave a tip and were refused... they really treat you like family here!

As for the room, it is basic, and everything (AC, hot water, fridge etc) all work perfectly. The only thing was that the wifi signal was not particularly strong, but still worked (stronger in the garden and this is told upfront)... a really minor oversight given the great service here!

We would definitely recommend Hotel Anatoli and would stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the main building with a view of the sunrise

We spent 4 nights at the Anatoli Hotel while in Santorini for a wedding. The location is perfect, rooms are clean and owners and employees are amazing. The owner, Evaggelia, literally treated us like family for the entire week. The pool is very relaxing and food prepared at the hotel was delicious. The staff was also very helpful in coordinating hen & stag night, taxis, group activities, group meals, etc...I would stay at the Anatoli again.

What a place! Visually a beautiful Santorini house with a lot of care taken outside with plants, spotless pool and separate eating area. Then you meet Evaggelia, Maria and all the staff who make this not only a great hotel but make sure your whole holiday is exactly what you dream of, from airport transfers, arranging private parties (decorating & catering food and drink), restaurant recommendations, atv hire, day trips and they even organised a Pilates class for our group around the pool!...I could keep going. Then you come to order some of the food-which was better than a lot of the restaurants in town. Their hospitality is exceptional and unexpected considering the price-amazing value, I will most defiantly be back to visit our Santorini home again one day.

Room Tip: My pick would be a room in the main house, as we were a large group I got to see the majority of the...

Lia and Maria who look after the running of Anatoli are wonderful. Not only was the place magnificent to stay in, with great rooms that were nice and cool, a pool that was a perfect temperature and everything you need at your finger tips thanks to the ladies, they went above and beyond expectation.
We were there for a wedding and they went all out catering the bridal party to decorating the pool and arranging the transport to the wedding venue.
If you are either traveling alone or in a group, you will find pure relaxation here, with a 5min walk to town and excellent service. Cannot wait for a reunion here again!
Thanks Lia and Maria :)

Room Tip: If you want to avoid the road noise (which is minimal), stay next to the pool.

For me its all about how quickly someone can make you feel at home and it took Evaggelia, Marco, Maria and the rest of the family about 2 seconds to make this happen. Nothing they couldn't organize or a question they couldn't answer. The location is amazing for going out in Fira and the pool is great to lounge around and listen to music and have some of the fantastic home made food. Bottom line, I was treated like family and would go back in a heart beat.

Room Tip: My friends stayed with the rooms that faced the pool and I was jealous of that. There is quite hours...

Location: The hotel is located a couple of minutes walk from the center of Fira and there is plenty of space to park a car in their own car park.
Stay: 5 nights - and it was so good we extended for another 2
Staff: really, really friendly. The owner has excellent English, was helpful with directions, tips and helped us get a good deal on car hire. The owner found out that I had my birthday while I stayed there so she left me a gift of a bottle of wine as a present - how often do you hear that from a hotel ?
Food: The breakfast menu was quite varied and a lot of it is home made so it was really tasty. It was also quite nice to sit outside in the morning sun with your breakfast. Plus the menu changed a little every day.
Value: excellent value.
Cleanliness: the room was clean and tidy, well maintained and painted.
Would I stay again / recommend to a friend: yes. I'd happily stay there again.

We had a great stay here for 2 nights in June. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they helped us plan all our activities over the three days. We were able to walk from the main fira bus stop (10 minutes) to the hotel. The location is good, in Fira but away from the busy main streets so a bit more peaceful. A big buffet breakfast was provided and the food was very good. The hotel has a great pool. All in all couldn't ask for more in this price range, would definitely stay there again!
