The staff at the San Giorgio were absolutely world class! Not only were we upgraded to a secluded villa for our 4 night stay, but the staff was extremely knowledgable about the island. This allowed for incredible suggestions and recommendations on what to do, which was helpful and extremely welcomed. They also worked quickly and efficiently to help us rent a car, get to and from the airport, and book other activities around the island.

I am not one to leave reviews on anything, but this stay was so spectacular that this was easily warranted.

Thank you again to San Giorgio and their incredible staff, and service.

This review is for San Giorgio Villa and Dina's Place as it is the same place (2 buildings that are next to each other with same owners, kind of confusing). The room was very nice and clean with safe, hairdryer, TV, AC, WIFI. There is a nice pool and lounge area (its not heated though). There is no breakfast but in the morning there is a layout at the reception area of coffee, tea, milk, juice and homemade cake (which is amazing, i miss it!). the staff are VERY nice and great, we got a pick up from airport and drop off at port... they explained everything about the island and the different excursions u can do, they even arrange to book them for you from the hotel. they also gave us great local restaurant recommendations that did not disappoint! very centrally located in the heart of Fira...2 minutes walk from caldera, restaurants, clubs, bars, stores! would recommend to anyone wanted to stay in the busy center of Fira!

The hotel is very nice, small, super clean, well located and the staff is really nice and super helpful. The only thing is that there is no clear sign to show where it is, we spent a bit of time lost when we arrived. Follow the next instructions:
1. From the Fira bus stop go right to the Main Street
2. Here turn left and walk to the fish market
3. There is a ramp here going to a parking lot, go down
4. In the parking lot take the first small street left
5. Walk until the blue nice door (picture)
6. There on your right is the hotel, there is a monogram of an SG on the floor

This accomodation was excellent for three reasons: clean and great value; location, close to everything - buses, food, cliff top, bank; hospitality by the owners George and his wife Dina. So very helpful and kind.

Located in the heart of Fira town, most stores are a few minutes walk away. The Fira bus stand with connectivity to the rest of the island is about 10 minutes by walk. We visited in the shoulder season in October, and arrived by ferry. We got a complimentary pick up and drop off. The owner is very friendly and helped us in planning our itinerary in Santorini.

We got a room with a double bed and a separate single bed. It appears they were brick and mortar fixed beds. Comfortable pillows and mattresses. A small TV was mounted up in one corner of the room. Not a particularly large room and bath area was a little congested, but I think normal by Greek hotel standards. We did have a small balcony which was a nice touch. Clean and well maintained property. Accepts credit cards but prefers cash.

Had a pleasant experience here and can recommend whole heartedly. Thanks for the memorable stay!
