Our stay in the Ocean Blue room was great. The room is spacious and well-appointed, with the bonus of a lovely balcony that 's perfect for breakfast on a sunny day. Breakfast is delivered to your door, complete with an assortment of pastries, yogurt, hard-boiled egg, tea and coffee, etc. Anytime you need anything, Yannis is quick to help, whether it's advice about a place to eat, bus schedules, or the best vineyards to visit. Atrium is extremely close to the center of
Third, but just far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

If you want to feel that you are home, then Atrium Villa is the right choice.

This family run hotel is the best place to stay in Santorini. The hospitality of Yannis and Mariah will let you enjoy every minute in Santorini.

Our room was very spacious and the home made breakfast was the best in town.

When you are at the entrance of the hotel, you will know how clean it is. We stayed there for 3 nights and we never had one single complain.

The location is perfect, 5-7 minutes walk from the bus station and very close to the centre. Shops, restaurants are in walking distance.

I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be my choice the next time I will visit Santorini.

Atrium villa is few minutes walk to Fira town....very convenient. Aside from good location, this is family run, Yannis and Maria were the perfect host.... Aside from the yummy breakfast Maria prepares ( I also had to borrow acetone to take out my chipped nail polish ), so you can feel at home with them.
The room is big and clean, we had our own balcony, nice to have breakfast there. Clean and air-conditioning worked well. Free Wifi. I highly recommend as this is very central if you are staying a few days in Santorini.

OK, Santorini is extremely beautiful and thus very touristy. That's often acompanied by expensive lodging. Thank God there are still places like this lovely small B & B that isn't.
If you arrive by bus (from the airport) its' a mere 5 min. walk. And it's only another 5 min. from the center of Fira.
Atrium Villa is a modern, new house with 3 rooms in which we had the Ocean Blue room. Very large room, kept immaculately clean; a seating area with sofa's around a TV set, a dresser that separates the sleeping area from the seating area. 2 twin beds put together, nice and comfortable. A terrace with table and chairs to have the breakfast. A bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Towels are refreshed every day, bedlinen every other day. Amenities are : soap, shampoo and bath gel. There's a hairdryer.
The room also had a small kitchenette with water kettle, coffee and tea and a refridgerator which comes in handy for keeping drinks cold in this warm climate.
Mr. Yannis Pelecanos and his wife are the perfect host and hostess. Always ready with help and advice, very kind and warm.
For a mere 7€ Mrs. Pelecanos prepares a wonderful breakfast that consists of 2 different kinds of bread, a croissant (sometimes filled with ham and cheese), a pastry, a boiled egg, a fruit salad, some marmelade and honey, yogurt with honey and walnuts, a freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee and tea.
We loved our holiday here at Atrium Villa and would not hesitate to return and certainly don't hesitate to recommend it to travellers who want good value for their money.

I requested the pink room when I made the booking, finally the owner really arrange me the pink room, the room is big and clean, very nice & simple decoration, excellent facilities, it even provides us the Shampoo / Conditioner and Shower gel. The owner is super nice, he provides us so many useful information, and remind us to wear sneaker when he knows that we're going to travel volcano, also, when I checked out, I found that I booked the wrong date for my next hotel, the owner was super nice, he helped me to call and talked to the next hotel owner and also gave me some advise as well. Location of the hotel is excellent as well. Highly recommend for budget traveller!

I stayed in Fira for two days only, and thus we booked this hotel in one night. Firstly, the location of hotel is near Fira shopping center and we can walk to the center within 15mins only. But, what I want to share is the hotel service is very good. Yannis is very nice and he provided many information to us and briefly introduced the hotel and Fira to us. Meanwhile, the breakfast is excellent. I can say it is the best breakfast I had in this Greene trip. Although we stayed in one night, we enjoyed and felt comfortable there.
