Not sure if I want to tell you about this little secret....
It's beautiful this little gem, met all my expectations and I am one fussy girl !
Anthony, Elisabeth and Yanis gave my Partner and I such a wonderful welcome, we felt like celebrities. We were here for only 5 days but had such a wonderful time.
Breakfast of our choice served on the terrace, and we had the possibility to enjoy evening meal whilst the sunset.
Views are incredible , the place is spotless and the staff can't do enough for you.
If you want a romantic getaway then this is the place for you.
Hire a moped or a buggy in order to see the island at your pace. We walked from our hotel in Fira to Oia, two and a half hours at our leisure.
You are close to the main shops of Fira, be warned, when the cruise liners are in you can barely walk in town.
Another short walk in the opposite direction to Firastefani takes you to more gorgeous restaurants and bars.
I love, love loved it and we are definitely going again....shhhhhhh, don't tell too many people about it... you won't be sorry...

Room tip: There are rooms available with small pools, two rooms available at the top of the stairs possibly have the best views

We just completed a wonderful three night stay in this remarkable hotel in Santorini. It is situated toward the top of the city of Fira, technically in Firostefani but with easy access to the main town, along a super-picturesque walkway that sits above the caldera. As you make this walk up to the hotel, I guarantee your jaw will drop at the views. Very few (if any) properties are going to have better views of the caldera, overlooking the volcano island and other islands. The hotel has an astonishing panoramic view of Fira, across the sea and to Imerovigli. I hope my photos and video give you at least a sense of how beautiful the setting of Anteliz Suites is.

Every evening, the sun presents a show as it descends into the horizon across the ocean. The surest sign the hotel is ideally situated for sunset views is the fact that tourists gather along the walkway right outside the gates of the hotel to enjoy the show. Yet, because the hotel sits a bit higher than the walkways, other tourists do not block the views.

The room we got (#101) was probably the most basic one in the entire hotel but it still had a nice view of the beautiful, modest pool area, with a glimpse of the sea in the distance. It was decently-sized, with a mini-fridge, safe, flat screen TV, desk area, and a well-sized shower in a cove-like design that appears to be typical in Greek Cycladic architecture.

Other rooms appear to have direct sea views and/or semi-private small plunge pools; or perhaps those are hot tubs. We did see one room (I think #102) that had multiple beds, two bathrooms and a staircase leading to the roof top deck. That one easily could fit a small family or up to four adults.

Breakfast is served either in your room, on a small table outside of most of the rooms (but not ours) or on the expansive viewing deck above the pool. it was a bit windy for sitting outside on two of the three days but the first morning was glorious looking out over the bay while enjoying a hearty breakfast. One places a breakfast order the night before and it is delivered or set up for you within a 15 minute window of your choice. Choices include omelettes, fried eggs, yogurt, fruit, various breads and pastries.

There are restaurants, bars, and retailers a few minutes walk away going down into Fira town. Usually, one can also walk upward toward other smaller towns but a recent mini-landslide has closed off the main walkway, forcing one to walk to the street in order to rejoin the path into the next town. Fira is quite picturesque, while perhaps not being quite as quaint as Oia. Plus, it has got to have the most restaurants with amazing sea views of any square mile on earth. Each one seems to boast a better view than the next. And the sheer competition seems to keep the prices low; we found it much easier to eat well for less than in Mykonos.

In addition to the stunning vistas, the best thing about Anteliz Suites is the staff. Friendly and helpful to a fault, they really made us feel welcome and cared for. If you are considering a location in Santorini in or near Fira, you will not go wrong with Anteliz Suites.

Room tip: Some rooms have private pools or decks

My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay at Anteliz Suites (we literally watched the sunset from our balcony - see pictures below). Firstly, the view is just spectacular. We ended up booking a flight super early from Athens and arrived to Santorini with almost no sleep (1-2 hours each, we do not recommend you to do that) and the staff were so helpful in understanding our plight and provided us with an early check-in. We slept off the travel woes and went on our way to the Fira to Oia (super close walk). We ended up renting an ATV and went to Santos Winery (12-20 min), unfortunately we got caught in a terrible sand storm on our way back and ended up calling it a night. The next day we walked through the town and wished we could have spent more time there (so definitely recommend setting some time aside for that!) and did a cooking class at a nearby winery. We ended our last night in Santorini by watching the beautiful sunset with a nice glass of wine FROM OUR HOTEL ROOM. The hotel itself was beautiful and large although ladies... it is not well lit so bring a lighted mirror or something if putting your face on is something you want to do while in Santorini. The breakfast was filling although when we had a much better selection at other establishments (not necessarily worth it for the price you pay for the stay in Santorini but who are we kidding... we are all paying for that view). We didn't get to enjoy the pool since I previously mentioned the weather was not so great. Also, on our last day we found out that the 300 steps was just below us (where the beginning scene from Mama Mia was taped). Overall, great experience (minus the weather which was out of anyone's control), spacious hotel, beautiful views. We knew we were in Santorini and expected to pay a little bit more since we specifically wanted to luxury of walking out to a view...we were not disappointed to say the least. We were very happy with out choice in this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to come back again!

Amazing view of the volcano and the caldera. You can sit at the porch and gaze at this scenery for hours. Impeccably clean and super comfy room with a current, tasteful aesthetic. Above all kudos to the lovely, super accommodating staff.

We have traveled extensively to over 40 countries and Santorini and Anteliz Suites are truly magical places. The physical facility is unlike anything I have ever seen and the service levels put Four Seasons and Peninsula to shame. We were treated like royalty, but also like old family members who were coming home after a long time away. Our group of 9 family members, including my 10 month grandson all had a fabulous experience. Our youngest son popped the question on the veranda of his room during a beautiful sunset, surprising everyone. The staff and other guests went into immediate celebration mode with cheering and well wishing. A waiter quickly brought two bottles of chilled champagne, compliments of the house! We stayed up very late and were noisy in our celebration but the other guests and staff took it in stride. In summary, if you are going to Santorini (and you should!), go here!
