The same philosophy inspired the restaurant's wine list. A wide variety of wines from Santorini and the rest of Greece can be explored with the help of the professional staff of the restaurant! “Memorable way to end the day”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 21, 2013

We dined here at the end of our cruiseship excursion and it turned out to be an excellent way to end our tour of Santorini and a highlight of our entire trip to Greece. We sat on the balcony and watched the sun set over the caldera. Sitting here, gazing out at the horizon, you could really feel the mystical nature of this place. It felt like Zeus and Poseidon were literally going to rise out of the sea at any minute with their trident. Our server was very friendly and helpful. We wanted to try lots of things (like tapas style) and she was great about making recommendations. The food was exceptionally good. We didn't feel rushed and she offered to take multiple pictures of us. The inside of the restaurant is decorated very nicely and there's even a back terrace too. At the end of the meal, she was kind enough to bring us 2 free shots of ouzo and taught us how to say Cheers in Greek (Yamas!) I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a memorable way to end their day in Fira.

“Excellent service great employees great food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 14, 2013

Went on and received amazing advice and service. Was very impressed with food and advice. I recommend this establishment to anyone for the amazing caldera view and sunset. Had a brilliant time and great food. If you are fortunate enough to have Fortini as your waitress she is great with service but also had a informative and welcoming way about here. Would definitely go again.

“Brilliant lunch”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 11, 2013

This is on the main road in Fira, opposite Palia Kameni Cocktal Bar. They have a sister restaurant called Nichteri (one of the nicest places we ate) and this keeps up the Greek wine naming theme.

My Wife and I sat on the terrace on what was a very windy but warm day. The menu looked particularly nice and we ordered some Santorini tomato fritters, fava bean and prosciutto and caper bruschetta, a roasted vegetable and halloumi salad and a tomato and feta salad. The food arrived promptly and was very nice presented and tasted delicious. We moved indoors for our dessert of Chocolate fondant with banana ice cream, kiwi coulis and crumbled pistachios which was exquisite.

The service was very efficient, the food was good value (in line with some of the other more expensive restaurants in the are) and the experience was pleasant. In addition they had some of the nicest toilets of any restaurant we went to.

Fully recommend that any traveller to Fira visits this restaurant.

“Great food and service!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 6, 2013

This place was really great. The food was stunning, the service was great and the view was perfect. Great selection of wines, and the staff were really helpfull. Really worth a visit though the price is a bit higher than other places we went to. Keep in mind that the prices in general in Santorini is a bit higher then the other cyclades.
